The reason for this post is I just wanted to add to my talk earlier this year... I spoke of vulnerability and truths and since then, I’ve been consciously trying to share and stand by my words. It’s so easy to show up on the day, speak the words, feel inspired but the true test is living it and as said by many, practicing what you preach.
