Janelle has worked in the education sector for 15 years and spends much of her time as an advocate for Māori students, and an advisor and mentor for teachers and leaders in schools.  Her own lived experiences as well as those of her own children have shaped her world view and empowered her to effectively support the growth and development of others. A passionate foody, mad keen sports fan and self confessed sufferer of FOMO, Janelle's strength and passion is drawn from those around her so she's acquired a great catalogue of stories she loves retelling!
